Deep learning(DL) is becoming hot and attracting many Dev&Ops to build the artificial intelligence which will have far-reaching impact to the industry and life. Now with various deep networking frameworks like CNN, RNN or memory networking are intensively developed, and modern hardware including multi-core, GPU, FGPA are widely available, next, we believe it’s critical important to easily deploy, manage and scale such DL system, where container could be a powerful weapon and natural choice.
In this session, we will give comprehensive introduction on how to build the efficient and scalable DL system, taking state-of-the-art Tensflow, Kubernetes and Docker as example. We start from multiple instances at single host, and scale to multiple hosts with many Pods, and share our practices and tips focusing on QoS management, balance and quickly scale instances.
