A Gentle Introduction to Linux Containers - Brian Proffit, Red Hat

This presentation will provide an introduction to Linux Containers in general, and Docker specifically. We'll look at the whats and whys of containers, containers vs. virtualization, and provide a quick how-to / walk-through on using Linux containers on a popular Linux distribution.

This will also discuss security considerations for containers, higher-level orchestration for containers, and much more. A great introduction to Docker and Linux containers for folks who may not be well-versed in containers yet.
